Express delivery is available at checkout where offered. Fees are auto-calculated based on your delivery address and order weight.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Saturday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM GST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders after 2 PM or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been picked up by the courier.

Tracking your order

Every Milaaj order ships with a tracking number. You can track your delivery:

  • Via the link in your shipment confirmation email.
  • In the My Orders section of your account.
  • Directly on the courier's website using the provided tracking number.

Customs & import duties

For cross-border shipments (e.g., India to UAE), customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. Milaaj declares the accurate value of all goods on customs forms. We do not under-declare values.

Delivery timelines shown exclude potential customs clearance delays, which are outside our control.

Failed or delayed deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will leave a notice and attempt re-delivery. After 2 failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. In this case, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional charges may apply) or issue a refund minus the original shipping fee.

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us at support@milaaj.com and we will investigate with the courier.

PO Boxes not accepted. Please provide a full street address at checkout. Parcels sent to PO Box addresses will be held and may be returned.
