Returns & Refunds Policy

30-day returns

Return most items within 30 days, no questions asked.

5–7 day refund

Refunds processed within 5–7 business days of inspection.

Free returns

Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items.

Return window

You may return most items within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. The return window starts from the day your order is marked as delivered, not the day you open the package.

Warranty claims after 30 days are handled directly by the manufacturer or their authorised service centre. We'll help you initiate this process — contact support@milaaj.com.

What can be returned

Eligible for return
Unopened, unused items in original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
Items with a manufacturing defect reported within 30 days of delivery.
Items that arrived damaged or significantly different from the description.
Sealed software, games, or digital-code cards — only if the seal is intact.

What cannot be returned

Not eligible
Items that have been used, opened, or show signs of wear.
Products with removed or damaged serial number stickers.
Items where the original packaging, accessories, or manuals are missing.
Products damaged due to misuse, liquid damage, or accidents.
Customised or engraved products made to your specification.
Consumables (batteries, ink cartridges) once opened.
Earphones and in-ear headphones (hygiene restriction) unless defective.

How to return an item

Initiate return

Log into your account, go to My Orders, and click "Return item" next to the relevant product. Select the reason and submit.

Pack securely

Place the item in its original box with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards. Attach the return label we email you.

Drop off

Hand the parcel to any branch of our courier partner. Drop-off points are listed in your return confirmation email.

Inspection

We inspect the returned item within 2 business days of receipt.

Refund issued

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Bank processing times are outside our control and may vary. The refund is initiated from our end within the stated window.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free return and ship a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a full refund including original shipping.

Return shipping costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: Free return — we provide a prepaid label.
  • Change of mind returns: Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
